ABOUT THE AUTHOR
P.L. Haines-Ainsworth is an artist working in a variety of media - graphic design and visual arts, theatre, and writing. She enjoys creating plays and stories for children and young adults. For the past 12 years Pat has been a co-producer and writer for a touring theater company Last Leaf Productions. Her original plays have been seen on stages around the state of Washington.
The Traveler's Society is her first venture into self-publishing a novel series. Between her research and other ventures, the first book; The Patch of Red Velvet took her eight years to write but she already has two more books in the series planned. proof in the pudding

I am eagerly awaiting the proof copy of my book in the mail.  Get a chance to
look at the pearly-white pages and check to see if my t's are crossed and i's
are all dotted.  Will be fun to see how the cover turned out as well.  Maybe that
graphic arts degree will finally be put to good use.

Paper's good

I'm all for going green, but it's still really nice to see your book in print.  With that in mind,
"The Patch of Red Velvet" is currently waiting for the go ahead to be available in print
as well as electronically.  Will update the blog as to when the book will be available to
order in print form.
