Multi-tasking

JANUARY.  This is the month I've been both dreading and longing for. Next week I begin the task of directing 53 elementary school children in their school play that I had the pleasure of writing with Larry Bridges and Terry Levitt.  Also, next week, I get to sit in on a table read of "The Dancing Princess" that I wrote with Terry Levitt.  Auditions for a production of that play are on the following weekend.  And on the 28th I begin rehearsals for a production of an amazing play, "The Rise and Fall of Little Voice" in which I have a small but what should be a challenging and fun role.  And, SURPRISE, I get paid for all three jobs.   I am on artistic overload but, like any awesome rollercoaster, I'm looking forward to the ride.
